Delivery times
All orders will be shipped from La Jolla, California. Delivery dates will vary by artist and we will inform you of lead times on receipt of your order.
Packaging
All items will be packed in the best way possible to protect your art piece.
Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, FOB La Jolla, California 92109.

Terms and Conditions
All sales are considered final with no cancellations or refunds after the third day of receipt and/or possession. All copyrights reserved by artist even though the customer has purchased an original, giclee limited edition, surfboard art, screen print serigraph, lithograph, photograph, sketch, etching, poster, greeting card and/or sculpture.
If you have received your art piece and it is damaged, Waveriders Gallery Inc. MUST be notified within 24 hrs of receipt or a return will not be accepted. Any return must be approved by Waveriders Gallery Inc. in advance of shipping; all packages arriving without a return authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Waveriders Gallery respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites or responds to our guestbooks, contests, or interactive advertisements. This Privacy statement outlines the information Waveriders Gallery will collect and how we will use that information. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.
