Wind and Sea

Norm painted this plein air piece at the of the beginning of the day at Windansea which is a famous surf location near La Jolla, California. Norm would paint several paintings on location this day when the waves and light were the perfect composition. The three dudes under the palapa would stay all day and decide which gun (surfboard) they would ride next.

250 numbered limited edition giclees on canvas. Numbers 2 thru 25 are enhanced giclee artist's proofs that have been enhanced by the artist. Numbers 26 thru 250 are limited edition giclees on canvas. Both using archival 20 oz. canvas with solvent based inks.

The following prices for the giclees are based on being unstretched and unframed. Enhanced giclees are color corrected by the artist himself. Please call for enhanced giclees with regards to their availability.
