 Born
in Encinitas, California,
Riley is currently based out
of Santa Barbara (with an
annual trek to the North
Shore). However, the majority
of Riley’s time is spent
traipsing the globe pushing
the limits of surf
photography. Although most of
his work is produced for surf
industry advertisements and
editorials, Riley aims for a
more creative and design
inspired quality than is found
in most surf photographs. His
work is fuelled by an intense
love for the ocean and
informed by the instinctive
feel for moving water that
only surfers have.
