Cyclops is in an isolated part of South West, Western Australia. It is only accesible by boat and 4WD. The wave breaks onto the end of a granite island which is covered with six inch barnacles and ranges from dry shelf to two feet of water cover over the ledge. Some of the locals include dolphins, seals and great white sharks. This wave is probably the most dangerous wave on the planet, with only a handful of surfers attempting to ride it because the injury rate has been so high including a broken back and hundreds of stitches. Koby Aberton and Mark Mathews being amongst the casualties. The nearest hospital is 2.5 hours away, so wave choice is critical.
All of Jamie's photography is offered on Light Jet Matte, or Light Jet Gloss, and are available in multiple sizes. Jamie's work is offered with custom framing and matting options only.
