• mark saracusa Mark Saracusa’s love affair with the ocean began with family visits to the New England seashore during the mid-sixties. In 1978 he rode his first surfboard and was turned on to “a wonderful lifestyle with a lot of travel, new adventures and great friends.” This also started a passion for drawing waves, the best of which appeared on his desktops in high school. Despite the resulting hours of detention, he continued doodling and sketching over the years, sometimes “adorning” his rented residences with wall murals.
