With passion for both photography and surfing it is no surprise that the majority of Brian Bird’s photography revolve around the ocean. Traveling to locations such as Hawaii, Indonesia, Mexico, and New Zealand have allowed him to capture unique and interesting landscapes, which give his photography an atypical look and feel. While Brian continues to create remarkable landscape and surf photography, his talents also extend to the studio. Specializing in still life and product photography, Brian’s studio images display comparable lighting and brilliance as seen in his landscape photography.

"Shallow Waters" was taken in the Mentawai Islands, which is a very unique place filled with perfect waves, palm trees and warm water. This image embodies the true beauty that the Mentawais are known for.

This image is an archival giclee print on premium luster paper and is guaranteed not to fade or discolor over time.
